PURPOSE: A fence for a road is provided to facilitate maintenance work by simply cleaning the outer surface of an advertising plate and to improve advertising effects by displaying various patterns on the front and rear surfaces of the advertising plate. CONSTITUTION: A fence for a road comprises multiple posts, frames(20), and an advertising plate(30). The advertising plate comprises a case(31), a solar panel(32), a rechargeable battery, an LED module, a power control circuit board, a pattern display unit, and a floodlight plate cleaning unit. The case has an incline, a front opening(312), and partition plate. The solar panel is installed on the incline. The rechargeable battery is formed on the partition plate. The LED module has a printed circuit board and multiple LEDs. The LEDs are installed on the bottom surface of the printed circuit board. The power control circuit board is installed on the top of the partition plate. The pattern display unit has a floodlight plate(361), a light guide plate, and a pattern portion(363). The floodlight plate is installed inside the case and is composed of an opaque material. The light guide plate is attached to the front surface of the floodlight plate. The pattern portion is attached on the front surface of the floodlight plate. The floodlight plate cleaning unit cleans the outer surface of the floodlight plate rotated to the inner side of the case.
