<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately calculate rigidity of a block part of a tire, while reducing a calculation amount, in the tire simulation using a computer. <P>SOLUTION: This simulation method includes a shape acquiring step of acquiring a shape of a block for constituting a tire tread of an calculation object by the computer, a dividing step of dividing the block into strips, a strip rigidity calculating step of calculating rigidity of the strips based on a parameter of a dimension of the strips on the divided respective strips, and an evaluating step of evaluating the whole rigidity of the block by totalling the rigidity of the plurality of strips for constituting the block. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
