摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid material for magnet based on rare-earth, iron, nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen, which has a high density and a high magnetic characteristic and is excellent in thermal stability and oxygen resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the solid material for the magnet containing a magnetic material based on rare-earth, iron, nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen of 50-100 vol.% includes shock-compressing and solidifying a raw material powder of the magnetic material based on rare-earth, iron, nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen by using underwater shock waves of 3-40 GPa, and obtaining the solid material for the magnet mainly containing the R-Fe-N-H-O-based magnetic material by utilizing the features such as ultra high pressure shearing performance, an activating action and a short-time phenomenon which a shock-compression technique has. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
