The method comprises the steps of producing with two separate driver circuits (DR1, DR2; DR1, DR23) a gate voltage for controlling the IGBT component, the outputs of the driver circuits being connected to free ends of a series connection of resistive components (Ra, Rb), and the midpoint between the series connection forming the gate voltage.</p> |
