A method for diagnostics of augmentation of insulin resistance and risk of development of complications in patients with different components of metabolic syndrome includes investigation of metabolic and immune processes. In blood plasma one determines a ghrelin level and concentration of TNF-α by immunoenzyme method, and if in patients with hypertension with dyslipidemia the ghrelin level is within the range of 29.2±7.45 pg/ml, and concentration of TNF-α– 19.20±0.70 pg/ml; in patients with hypertension with insulin resistance the ghrelin level is within 26.7±7.0 pg/ml, and concentration of GNP-α– 27.20±1.9 pg/ml, and in patients with hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus and with dyslipidemia the ghrelin level is within 24.0±6.5 pg/ml, and concentration of TNF-α within 31.20±2.60 pg/ml, one diagnoses augmentation of insulin resistance and risk of development of vascular complications. |
