<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foamed molding wherein burrs do not occur, maintenance of a mold is not necessary, coating with a mold release agent is not necessary, and a foamed molding having an undercut part can be manufactured, and to provide a foaming mold with bag-like body used for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A recessed mold 2 having a recession 20 constituting an undercut part 61 of the foamed molding 6 is composed of a pair of split molds 2a, 2b which part and expand by rotating around a hinge shaft 2d, and the undercut part 61 is eliminated so that demolding is performed. There are provided: a bag-like body 4 made of a film which is shaped as a bag having an upper opening, has a folding part 45 bent and projected in a pleat shape or a bellows shape from a bag main part 41 along a split line 27 of the split molds, and is set so that the bag main part 41 covers a mold inner face 21 of a recessed shape cross section formed by joining both the split molds 2a, and 2b while a folding part 45 is pinched by split faces 24 of both split molds; and a partner mold which forms a cavity C for the formed molding by closing the mold with both the split molds 2a, 2b where the bag-like body 4 is set by pinching and fixing the folding part 45 in the split faces 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
