MONORAIL BOGIE ASSAY WITH YAWING PREVENTING MEANS

PURPOSE: A monorail bogie having a yawing preventing unit is provided to improve the supporting force of vehicles and to simplify maintenance in malfunction by interlocking with vertical dampers arranged in four edges of the bogie. CONSTITUTION: A monorail bogie comprises a suspension frame(4), coil spring modules, vertical dampers, and a yawing preventing unit(40). The suspension frame is arranged at the bottom of a vehicle body of a railway vehicle driving on a monorail track and forms the top of the bogie. The coil spring modules horizontally maintain the vehicle body with the vertical dampers and damps vibration. The top and bottom of the vertical dampers are respectively connected to brackets respectively coupled to an upper housing and a lower housing to maintain the horizontality of the vehicle body and to damp the vibration. The yawing preventing unit is laterally mounted at a predetermined part in the front surface of the suspension frame to compensate width torsion due to lateral vibration or yawing. Accordingly, the supporting force and stability of the railway vehicle are improved.
