PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a piezoelectric film is provided to uniformly control the crystal orientation of a polymer sheet by preventing necking according to the stretch of machine directions because both edges of the polymer sheet are transversely stretched by clips. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a piezoelectric film is as follows. Both edges of a polymer sheet(12) are fixed by clips. Both edges of the polymer sheet are transversely stretched to form a crystalline polymer sheet. An electrode(26) and conductive heating units(27a,27b) are arranged around the crystalline polymer sheet. Polarization potential is applied to the electrode and the conductive heating units to form polarity to the crystalline polymer sheet. Accordingly, a piezoelectric film is manufactured. |
