PURPOSE: An improved anti-freezing water supply is provided to minimize the components of an anti-freezing water supply and install the valve of an anti-freezing water supply under the ground. CONSTITUTION: An improved anti-freezing water supply is composed as follows. A binding pipe(11) and a lower sheath case(4) are formed into one body. The lower portion of a water pipe(1) is mounted on the binding pipe and coupled with a nut(12). A valve body(20) is located on the upper portion of the water pipe and coupled with a nut(12a). A valve lifting shaft support pipe(40) storing a valve lifting shaft(30) is coupled with a valve body. A lower external case is filled with laggings(2). An upper sheath case(3) covers the upper portion of the supply and is coupled with a nut. An exposed pipe(6) filled with laggings(2a) and covered by a lagging cover(60) is coupled with the water outlet pipe of the valve body.
