<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill earthquake proof strengthening outer fence for eliminating defects that there is no earthquake proof between a sill stone (1) and foundation concrete (5) below it and the entire outer fence is surely shaken horizontally and vertically in an earthquake even though an earthquake proof measure is taken for the sill stone (1), a wall stone (2), a level stone (3) and a tombstone (4) in some way before. <P>SOLUTION: Foundation sill stones (6-9) to be installed under the sill stone (1) are assumed to be turned to one stone, and at a part of four corners of the one stone is assumed to start tilting. Tilting starts in the direction of the one part quickly and the tilting force cannot be stopped. By installing the plurality of stones instead of one stone for the foundation sill stones (6-9) as shown in the figure 2, the tilting force can be stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
