PURPOSE: A stored fluid discharging apparatus for a decanter is provided to easily confirm the stacked state of stored fluid in the decanter by classifying the stored fluid based on fluid levels and analyzing the components of discharged stored fluid through a discharging path. CONSTITUTION: A stored fluid discharging apparatus(1) for a decanter(10) includes a discharging path(40), a controlling valve(50), a supplying path(60), and a switch(70). The discharging path discharges stored fluid(30) from the inner side of the decanter to outer side. The controlling valve is installed at the discharging path and controls the movement of the stored fluid. The supplying path supplies operational fluid to the controlling valve. The switch is installed at the supplying path and controls the movement of the operational fluid. The discharging path is composed of a plurality of pipes(41 to 46). The operational fluid contains nitrogen.
