The device has a base (1) comprising a recess (2), and a central base (3) introduced into a vertical mast (4). An automatic locking element (5) is in half-triangle shape, where the locking element subsequently slides on top of the vertical mast for fixing a sliding board e.g. snowboard, and allowing self-locking with the board. The locking element slides for fixing itself on the board. The base is designed in the form of a half surfboard.
