PURPOSE: A construction method of a device for expanding a sidewalk using a slab is provided to improve safety by improving the strength of each component. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a device for expanding a sidewalk using a slab is as follows. A slab is formed by placing concrete on the ground or structure(S100). A curb part is installed on the top of the slab(S102). Fixing holes are formed in the slab and the curb part, and anchor bolts are installed in the fixing holes(S104). A main reinforcing member is installed on the curb part using the anchor bolts(S106). A first auxiliary reinforcing member is installed on the slab and the main reinforcing member(S108). A support member is installed on the main reinforcing member(S110). A second auxiliary reinforcing member for supporting the support member is installed on the main reinforcing member(S112). Multiple support pipes are horizontally arranged on the support member at uniform intervals(S114). A support plate is installed on the support pipes(S116). A finishing member is fixed to the front end of the support member using bolts(S118). A handrail is installed on the finishing member(S120). |
