MICROSATELLITE MARKERS IN LYCORMA DELICATULA AND PRIMERS FOR AMPLIFICATION

PURPOSE: A microsatellite DNA marker and a primer for amplifying the same are provided to determine origin or inflow pathway. CONSTITUTION: A kit for determining the origin or inflow pathway of Lycorma delicatula contains a microsatellite DNA marker. A kit for determining the origin or inflow pathway of Lycorma delicatula contains a primer set for amplifying satellite DNA marker. A method for determining the origin or inflow pathway of Lycorma delicatula comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from Lycorma delicatula; a step of selecting DNA fragment containing the microsatellite; a step of performing PCR using the primer set and DNA fragment as a template; and a step of analyzing allele of the gene products.
