[Objective] To provide a laminated-type piezoelectric element, wherein formation of defective areas is reduced, leakage current is not generated even when intrusion of moisture occurs, the amount of displacement does not fluctuate for an extended period of time, and which can be driven with stability, and to provide a piezoelectric actuator, an injection apparatus, and a fuel injection system provided with the laminated-type piezoelectric element. [Solution] The present invention provides a laminated-type piezoelectric element that is equipped with: a laminate (7) that has piezoelectric layers (2) and inner electrodes (3) laminated; and an inorganic coating (5) formed on the side faces of the laminate (7) where the end sections of the inner electrodes (310) of an anode and the inner electrodes (320) of a cathode are exposed. The laminated-type piezoelectric element is characterized by the inorganic coating (3) containing dispersed therein metal particles having as a main component a metallic element contained within the inner electrodes (3).
