<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately maintain the pressure of a refrigerant in a sealed type air-refrigerant refrigerator. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes: a refrigerant gas circulation system for producing a low temperature gas by compressing a refrigerant gas, followed by removing heat and expanding the gas by use of an expansion turbine; an intermediate system for cooling inside a cooling storage by heat exchange with the low temperature gas; and a gas amount regulating unit for regulating an amount of the refrigerant gas in the refrigerant gas circulation system. The gas amount regulating unit includes: a supply system for supplying the refrigerant gas when a pressure in the refrigerant gas circulation system decreases to be lower than a prescribed pressure; and an exhaust system for exhausting an increment in a volume flow rate of the gas to the outside of the circulation system when rotational speeds of the compressor and the turbine decrease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
