PURPOSE: A convertible sofa-bed capable of changing a seating part of the sofa into a bed is provided to enable users to conveniently change the form of the sofa-bed by pulling and pushing. CONSTITUTION: A convertible sofa-bed capable of changing a seating part of the sofa into a bed includes the seating unit(10), a back board unit(20), and a front surface member(30). The seating unit has the enough area for more than two person, and is formed with upper and lower mattresses. The back board unit includes a first groove, and a space unit extended from the first groove. The ends of the upper and lower mattresses are inserted into the first groove when a user pushes the mattresses, and combine with the seating unit. The front side of the seating unit discharges from the first groove to separate the upper and lower mattresses from the seating unit when a user pulls the mattresses.
