PURPOSE: An array substrate of a liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption and increase image quality. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(121) is formed on a substrate. A gate line is connected to the gate electrode. A separation space is formed on the central part of a second common line. A first insulating film is formed on the substrate. A first active pattern, and source and drain electrodes(122,123) are formed on the gate electrode. A second active pattern, and source and drain electrodes are formed on the second common line. A data line(117) is overlapped with the separation space. |
