Disclosed in the present invention are a system and a method for accounts liquidation in large-scale business, wherein the system includes: a filter layer module, which is configured to create the division condition according to cooperative project records, create corresponding filter according to the division condition, and filter the transaction records by the filter so as to acquire multiple groups of transaction record sets to be divided; a division layer module, which is configured to divide multiple groups of transaction record sets to be divided according to assignment share associated with the division condition in the cooperative project records to obtain the sum which should be transferred from the payment account to all the earnings accounts. The present invention divides the accounts generated from business of every industry into the smallest units,and then combines the smallest units to form a practical accounts liquidation system to meet the requirements of every kind of business, therefore, it enables universal in large-scale business, functionally independent, extensible and plug-in accounts liquidation and payment.
