摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an electromagnetic steel sheet which has a crystal orientation different from conventional two-oriented electromagnetic steel sheets, but has a feature as a two-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet includes a series of steps of: hot-rolling a steel material containing, by mass%, 0.002 to 0.10% C, 1.0 to 8.0% Si, 0.005 to 1.0% Mn, 0.0100% or less Al, 0.0050% or less N, 0.0050% or less S, and 0.0050% or less Se; optionally annealing the hot-rolled sheet; cold-rolling the hot-rolled sheet once or twice or more while applying a process annealing to thereby obtain a cold-rolled sheet having a final thickness; then subjecting the cold-rolled sheet to primary recrystallization annealing which is also for the purpose of decarbonization; and subsequently subjecting the resulting sheet to finish annealing. The manufacturing method provides the electromagnetic steel sheet, in which crystal grains having a direction within 20&deg; from ä110} <112> occupy 50% or more, by the area rate of the crystal grains, by setting the final cold-rolling reduction in the cold-rolling step to 94% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
