<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring master file management method of an elevator remote monitoring system which can overleap complicated input operations for registering monitoring master file information, and also has a high effect of preventing incorrect registration and registration omission. <P>SOLUTION: In the remote monitoring system in which a monitoring terminal 12 for monitoring an operational state of an elevator 11 installed in a customer building 1 is connected to a remote monitoring center 4 via a public network 3, and also the remote monitoring center 4 holds monitoring master file information 10 registered as the management information of the monitoring terminal 12, the remote monitoring center 4 includes a monitoring master file creating means 42. The monitoring master file creating means 42 extracts maintenance agreement information 8 including information which specifies the customer building 1 and the elevator 11 from a maintenance information system 5, and also extracts line number information 9 of a communication line from a communication line management system 6 if possible, and automatically creates the monitoring master file information 10 on the basis of these pieces of information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
