PURPOSE: A dial gauge jig for aligning an impeller housing of an air compressor is provided to confirm an aligned state of an impeller housing with respect to a pinion shaft of an air compressor by using a dial gauge and to accurately measure aligning error by confirming the aligned state with the dial gauge vertically mounted. CONSTITUTION: A dial gauge jig for aligning an impeller housing of an air compressor comprises a shaft mounting member(10), a cylinder body(20), a measuring arm(40), a mounting bracket(30), and a dial gauge(70). The cylinder body is mounted in the shaft mounting member to be moved back and forth. The central part of the measuring arm is mounted on the cylinder body to be moved and a contacting end part formed in the front end of the measuring arm contacts to the inner circumference of an impeller housing of an air compressor. The mounting bracket is mounted in the cylinder body to be vertically moved. The dial gauge is mounted on the mounting bracket and a probe par contacts to the rear end part of the measuring arm. |
