<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type cleaning device which can prevent scattering of a cleaning medium from an opening even when separating a case from a cleaned object after finish of cleaning without doing extra operation and can contribute to the improvement of working environment. <P>SOLUTION: A retractable unit 32A for preventing leakage of a cleaning medium is installed to a case opening 18a of a dry type cleaning case 4. The unit 32A for preventing leakage of the cleaning medium has a fixed tube 50 having an outside air inflow hole 50a in the side, and a moving tube 52 fitted to the fixed tube 50 to protrude by a spring force. By pressing the moving tube 52 to an object to be cleaned, the moving tube 52 retreats to plug the outside air inflow hole 50a. In such a state, the outside air flows in from an inlet 24 to generate a spiral air flow in the case, and the cleaning medium 5 collide with a cleaning face. When moving the case 4 after finish of cleaning, the moving tube 52 slides, the outside air flows in from the inflow hole 50a, and a flight energy of the cleaning medium 5 at the periphery of the opening 18 is attenuated before complete opening of the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
