<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cleaning a piping, capable of improving the cleaning effect by a simpler method and of reducing the number of cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: The method of cleaning a piping comprises sending pure water from a pure water tank using a water pump into a piping via a connection passage, and intermittently or continuously feeding bubbles using a means of feeding bubbles by pressure into the connection passage disposed downstream of the water pump. By feeding bubbles into the connection passage, the flow of the pure water can be made to change.
