<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease and secure an assembly process and handling of cells by fastening insulating separators at prescribed positions on the cells before lamination and insulating a portion or the whole of the surface of outer cans by the separators. <P>SOLUTION: In the battery pack, a plurality of cells 1 is laminated with insulating separators 2 interposed, and the separators 2 and the cells 1 are attached at prescribed positions. Each separator 2 comprises a peripheral wall 22 around an insulating plate 21 attached between the adjacent cells 1, and a box-type hollow 23 for fastening the cell 1 inserted in the prescribed position inside the peripheral wall 22. Furthermore, each separator 2 is provided with pressing fasteners 9 for pressing the corners of the cell 1 inserted in the box-type hollow 23 and fastening the cell 1 in the box-type hollow 23, at the corners of the peripheral wall 22, and the pressing fasteners 9 fasten the cell 1 inserted in the box-type hollow 23 to the separator 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
