PURPOSE: A data signal transmitting method and an apparatus thereof using a multiple antenna are provided to increase transmission efficiency of main data and to increase transmission speed of sub data in a diversity technique. CONSTITUTION: A transmission system obtains a main data signal and a sub data signal(S1010). The transmission system encodes and modulates the main data signal and the sub data signal(S1020). The transmission system performs diversity coding of the main data signal and the sub data signal(S1030). The transmission system synthesizes the main data signal and the sub data signal(S1040).
