<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus of recovering carbon dioxide, capable of improving heat efficiency in regenerating an absorption liquid and of reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: In an absorption column, an absorption liquid is allowed to contact a gas comprising carbon dioxide to absorb the same. In a regeneration column, the absorption liquid is heated and regenerated by discharging carbon dioxide therefrom. In a vacuum tank, the absorption liquid regenerated in the regeneration column is depressurized to a pressure lower than that of the regeneration column to generate water vapor therefrom. The water vapor generated in the vacuum tank is pressurized by a compressor to a pressure equal to that of the regeneration column and is supplied to the regeneration column. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
