<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system, a document management device, a control method, and a program that can lighten the burden of approval operation on an approver by specifying a suitable seal impression place when the approver seals an electronic document with an electronic seal. <P>SOLUTION: Approvers can seal a predetermined electronic document at suitable positions with electronic seals by determining whether the electronic document can be sealed within frames with electronic seals from log-in user information acquired at log-in time (step S100, step S102) in a step S134 after user information and agent information for sealing the electronic document within respective frames with electronic seals are set (step S110-step S130) after the predetermined electronic document is displayed (step S104-step S108), and the user information and the agent information set for the frames when the electronic document is sealed within the frames with the electronic seals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
