<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corona discharge device that reduces excessive amount of charge wire 106 to be taken up even after repeated take-up operation of the charge wire 106. <P>SOLUTION: A corona discharge device includes a take-up control part 105 that counts the accumulated rotation amount of a take-up reel 110, and controls a take-up motor 107 so that the rotation amount of the take-up reel 110 is decreased relative to a unit take-up length of a charge wire 106 as the accumulated rotation amount of the take-up reel 110 increases. Accordingly, quantitative take-up of the charge wire 106 can be carried out even though the apparent reel diameter of the take-up reel 110 is increased as the take-up operation is repeated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
