PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient clonal proliferation technique of an Eucalyptus globulus.

SOLUTION: In the method for raising the cutting slip mother tree of the Eucalyptus globulus, a plant growth regulator including paclobutrazole as an active ingredient is sprayed in soil 1.25 mg or more of the active ingredient amount per litter of the ridging amount of the cutting slip mother tree.
