<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with a surface layer capable of demonstrating a relaxation effect of contact stress with a contact member or the like and having excellent adhesion to a lower layer, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus having the electrophotographic photoreceptor. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a support medium, a surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a terminal siloxane-containing-polyester resin with a specific structure and a resin component of a lower layer in contact with the surface layer contains a polycarbonate resin, a polyester resin or a polyvinyl acetal resin with a specific structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
