The tank has a synthetic resin or bitumien protective coating and a float 13 to prevent overfilling. The outlet pipes may be enclosed by a protective pipe 6 or when petrol is used, to prevent leakages they may be individually wrapped in glass fibre plastics. A concrete pipe is placed on top of the manhole cover which is itself closed by a tight fitting cover 5. The inside of the pipe 3 has a petrol or oiltight synthetic resin layer 15. |
