<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer method of a fine structure exhibiting forgery prevention effect. <P>SOLUTION: An ultraviolet ray curable resin 5 is dropped on the surface of a flat glass substrate 1, an Ni original plate 3 having fine irregularity shape is made to closely adhere to the ultraviolet ray curable resin 5, ultraviolet laser beam 6 is made to scan and move from a rear face of the glass substrate 1, the ultraviolet ray curable resin 5 is sequentially cured, then the Ni original plate 3 is separated from the glass substrate 1, and the irregularity shape (digital shape) of the Ni original plate 3 is transferred to the surface of the ultraviolet ray curable resin 5.
