<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper bracket metal made from a metal plate material with minimum waste, at low material cost. <P>SOLUTION: A sleeper bracket metal is used for an abutting joint which connects a sleeper 30 to a sill 40 in orthogonal direction. A sleeper holding frame 1 is composed of a mounting piece 3 made of a bent rectangular metal plate on which the sleeper 30 is placed, and a couple of fixing pieces adjacent to the sleeper which are opposed on both sides of the mounting piece 3 to be fixed to the sleeper 30 with nails. A rectangular metal plate is bent into an L-shaped frame 2 composed of a connection piece 5 and a fixing piece 6 adjacent to the sill to be fixed to the sill 40 with nails, which are perpendicular to each other. The free end part of the connection piece 5 of the L-shaped frame 2 other than the base end part adjacent to the fixing piece 6 adjacent to the sill is overlapped on the upper end part of the fixing piece 4 adjacent to the sleeper of the sleeper holding frame 1 and fastened with rivets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
