PURPOSE: The sub-frame of a suspension system for a vehicle is provided to fix components assembled with the sub-frame based on a simple structure and to simplify operational processes by reducing the number of the components. CONSTITUTION: The sub-frame(100) of a suspension system for a vehicle includes a fixing bracket and a sub-frame stay. The fixing bracket integratedly fixes a stabilizer bar and a lower control arm. The fixing bracket includes a stabilizer bar fixing part. The sub-frame stay is integrated with the front side or the rear side of the fixing bracket. A control arm fixing part is formed at the front side or the rear side of the stabilizer bar fixing part. The control arm fixing part fixes the connecting part of the lower control arm.
