PURPOSE: A portable image transmission apparatus is provided to transmit an object image to a data transmission apparatus by capturing an object. CONSTITUTION: A standing member(20) rotatably supports a base(10) by using a first hinge unit. A camera support member(30) rotatably supports the standing member by using second hinge unit. A circuit unit(90) transmits an image signal captured by a camera(40) to a data transmission apparatus. A first accommodation unit accommodates the camera support member in the standing member. A second accommodation unit accommodates the standing member in the base.
