PURPOSE: A mobile terminal is provided to arrange a sealing pad between first and second frames and to compress the sealing pad by combination of the first and second frames. CONSTITUTION: An antenna is patterned to a first frame(301). A speaker(320) is arranged in an internal space which is formed by first and second frames. A sealing pad(330) is arranged between the first and second frames. The sealing pad is formed in elastically deformable materials. The sealing pad is compressed by combination of the first and second frames.
