PURPOSE: A methane fermenter of wettable and organic biomass using seawater is provided to decompose organic ingredient by anaerobic bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A methane fermenter(80) comprises: a heating device for heating an inner bottom side; an anaerobic fermentation chamber(20) for anaerobic fermentation; a dome valve(30) which moves up and down at the upper portion of the anaerobic fermentation chamber; and a purification chamber(10) of digested water liquid.
