PURPOSE: Non-aqueous adhesive composition is provided to have excellent adhesion to polymer films of various films, and to form an adhesive layer thinly because of low viscosity, and to have excellent water resistance, solution stability and color sense. CONSTITUTION: A non-aqueous adhesive composition comprises 5-50 parts by weight of acyl-based monomer of one or more kinds having a hydrophilic group, 0.5-10 parts by weight of a photocurable radical polymerization initiator, 30-90 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, 1-10 parts by weight of a cationic photopolymerization initiator, and 0.5-10 parts by weight of a thermosetting polymerization initiator, on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of the adhesive composition. The epoxy resin consists of a combination of a first epoxy compound containing one or more epoxidized aliphatic cyclic group and a second epoxy compound containing one or more glycidylether groups.
