PURPOSE: A lost article finding service method and system thereof are provided to enable a client to easily grasp taxi information by receiving the taxi information from a main server. CONSTITUTION: A fare payment unit(210) pays fare payment by reading a boarding card for paying transportation fares. An input unit(230) inputs lost article information. A memory unit(220) stores time information and taxi information. A transmission unit(250) transmits the client information of a boarding card, the lost article information, and the time information to a database unit. A photographing unit(240) stores and captures images for the lost articles. The database unit stores and manages the lost article information for the lost articles.
