PURPOSE: A device for forging a cam unit for a vehicle brake is provided to improve the accuracy of punching and minimize a failure rate because an upsetting unit is formed in a mold for first press-forming before forging. CONSTITUTION: A device for forging a cam unit for a vehicle brake comprises a base(10), an insert mold(20), and a punching mold(30). The base has a recessed mounting space(11) on the upper side thereof. The insert mold comprises a first forming portion(21) and a first axial portion insertion unit(22). The punching mold includes a second forming portion(31) and a second axial portion insertion unit(32) which are formed in a groove shape on the lower part of a cam unit to correspond to a second cam half and a second axial portion half on the upper side of the cam unit. The punching mold punches an expanded portion of a raw material arranged in the first forming portion.
