FIELD: fire safety. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises a shell in the form of a side surface of a truncated cone or a cylinder from incombustible flexible material and a mechanism of making it ready for fire fighting, the upper base of the shell is fixed to an upper platform in the form of a round flange, and the bottom one - to the lower one in the form of a ring with a round or polygonal section. The flange by means of a traction rod, the axis of which passes via its centre, is fixed to an element for shell displacement by means of mechanised facilities, and the mechanism of making the shell ready comprises a block mechanism with three branches of a cord pulled via three identical holes made in the flange, centres of which lie in the same circumference in points of its crossing with radii arranged at the angle of 120 to each other. Upper ends of each cord are rigidly fixed in the common point arranged on the traction rod, and lower ones - on drums arranged and fixed in the horizontal plane of the lower platform and distanced from its centre that lies on the horizontal projection of the traction rod, on radii arranged at the angle of 120 to each other. Each drum is equipped with a drive connected by means of communication lines with a control unit. To control speed of bellows opening, there are electromagnet braking devices in the form of stems that press the moving branch of the cord to the surface of the hole and joined by communication lines with a control unit, and the fire fighting device is a module of powder fire fighting with an electronic starting unit. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of local 3D fire fighting. ^ 2 dwg |
