<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when recording video data by externally connecting an external recording apparatus with an electronic apparatus, an operation such as a recording may fail if an incompatible combination of the apparatuses is used; and although a user without being aware thereof performs a recording operation using the incompatible combination of the apparatuses to result in failure, the user repeats the failure because the user does not notice the cause. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: combination information output means which outputs information about a combination of an external apparatus connected with the electronic apparatus and the electronic apparatus itself to a server; notification reception means which receives notification about the combination of the external apparatus and the electronic apparatus itself outputted from the server; and display means which displays information based on the notification on a display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
