The structure (1) has a magnetic reading head module (130) inserted into continuous holes (102, 112, 121) of a securing plate (101), a fastening base plate (110) and an elastic engaging strip (120), respectively. A part of a surface of the magnetic reading head module projects from a gap (104) between the securing plate and another securing plate (103) for contacting with a card and for reading data. A size and a position of one of the holes (121) match with sizes and positions of the other two holes (102, 112). The base plate is fastened on a surface of the former plate.
