<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as a new outstanding preventing and/or therapeutic agent of a disease which participates in a cannabinoid 2 type receptor based on an agonist action to the cannabinoid 2 type receptor. <P>SOLUTION: The inventors have examined a compound which has an agonist action to a cannabinoid 2 type receptor, have checked that the nitrogen containing aromatic heterocyclic compound has an excellent agonist action to a cannabinoid 2 type receptor, and have perfected the invention. The nitrogen containing aromatic heterocyclic compound has an agonist action to the cannabinoid 2 type receptor, and can be used as a preventing and/or therapeutic agent of a disease, for example, an inflammatory disease, a sharp pain or the like which participates in the cannabinoid 2 type receptor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
