The instrument (R) has a cutting module (5) detachably frontwardly fixed into a hand module (1), and a valve module inserted into the hand module. The cutting module and/or the valve module are disposable while the hand module is reusable. The hand module is connected with an external motor by a flexible shaft. The cutting module comprises a circumferential carrier and a hollow cutting pipe, which is rotated around a rotation axle. The carrier is formed as a plastic part, and slide bearing rings are pressed on the cutting module and/or on the carrier in a force-fit manner. |
