<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine useful for prevention and treatment of cardiac arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The medicine is composed of a compound represented by the general formula or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In the formula, the ring X is benzene or pyridine; R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is optionally substituted alkyl; R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is optionally substituted aryl, an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, optionally substituted arylalkyl or alkyl substituted with an optionally substituted heterocyclic group.
