PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dredging hose by winding reinforcing yarns and a dredging hose manufactured thereby are provided to improve the flexibility of the dredging hose through reinforcing yarns wound around a reinforcing layer and a rubber layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a dredging hose by winding reinforcing yarns is as follows. A flange is placed on an inner rubber layer of a dredging hose. The hose is supplied to a winder. Multiple strands of reinforcing yarns are supplied to the winder. When the he reinforcing yarns wound around the inner rubber layer and the reinforcing yarns before being wound do not exceed a per-set angle, a reinforcing layer is formed, and the flange is fixed to the reinforcing layer. An outer rubber layer is formed by vulcanizing rubber on the reinforcing layer.
