Disclosed is an oxadiazole compound of formula (I) where R2 is an optionally substituted herteroaryl and R1 is an optionally substituted phenyl group. The optional substituents are as disclosed in the description. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (I) and the use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament for inhibiting DGATI. Further disclosed is the process for making a compound of formula (I).
