PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to reduce the loss of sunlight which is reflected at the surface of a transparent front substrate by forming a texturing structure which serves as preventing reflection in the top or the bottom surface of the transparent front substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(140) is arranged on the top part of solar cells(110). A second substrate(150) is arranged in the lower part of the solar cells. One or more surfaces of the top and bottom surfaces in the first substrate are made of a texturing structure. A ribbon electrode(120) electrically interlinks each top part and bottom part of the solar cells which are adjacent. A front side filler(130a) is placed between the first substrate and the solar cells. |
